Any defect in how the window or door was installed — improper anchoring, air or water infiltration at the installation perimeter, hardware that was not properly set, or any condition that results directly from the installation work.
Service department repair labor is covered for 6 months from the service date. Parts and materials are covered for 1 year. If a repaired component fails or the issue recurs within those terms as a result of the repair, we return and address it at no charge.
Locks, latches, balances, and perimeter sealing installed as part of a new installation are covered under the 2-year workmanship warranty. When applied as part of a repair visit, parts are covered for 1 year and labor for 6 months.
