What's Covered
Installation Workmanship

Any defect in how the window or door was installed — improper anchoring, air or water infiltration at the installation perimeter, hardware that was not properly set, or any condition that results directly from the installation work.

Repair Work

Service department repair labor is covered for 6 months from the service date. Parts and materials are covered for 1 year. If a repaired component fails or the issue recurs within those terms as a result of the repair, we return and address it at no charge.

Hardware & Sealing

Locks, latches, balances, and perimeter sealing installed as part of a new installation are covered under the 2-year workmanship warranty. When applied as part of a repair visit, parts are covered for 1 year and labor for 6 months.

How to Make a Claim

Contact us directly — by phone or email. Describe what's happening and when it started. We'll follow up to schedule a time to come back and assess the issue. There's no formal claim process, no forms to fill out, and no third-party warranty administrator to navigate. You call us, we come.
